How NOT to eat soup!!

Our landlords are bringing a couple over to the house to consider renting it, so we gotta get stuff cleaned up a bit so it's at least presentable. Unfortunately, it's more fun to play with the kids than it is to clean. :)

Dana was gone at work most of the afternoon, so I got to be Mr Mom and made dinner, played with blocks, and rolled around with the kids. Zeke still has some work to do on learning how to drink soup from a bowl.

And since I've been craving sweet iced tea lately, I decided to make some. Yum!

@KimmiesRebornDolls You must be losing it because that was definitely last night. :) We do play with that frog and the blocks quite a bit, though, so it probably just feels familiar. I guess we need to start getting more creative, huh?

I have a pile EXACTLY like that ;) The soup looks jummy, but I've never heard of anyone putting crackers in it!

Hmm... the crackers must be an American thing, I guess. I've hardly ever eaten it without crackers.

I guess it is an American thing. Is it good? I should try it sometime. Although animal crackers are American for sure, they look cute, but I've never seen anything like it before :)

@Hummol Yeah, Dana's not a fan of it either. :)

Yeah, Chicken Noodle Soup with basic saltine crackers is good. Animal crackers, not so much. I usually just crumple up about four or five crackers into a bowl of soup. Yummy!

YES! we have the "almost dirty" pile of clothes too! it's reassuring to know that such a beautiful family like yours is so much like our little family.

Dana, you look so pretty! your hair looks super cute, and all of your hard work with WW has been paying off. you are inspiring! congrats on your new job as well!

oh animal crackers in soup sound pretty good to me :) the joy and exuberance of your children is really fun to watch.
