I really don't understand this scene. I know that Fraser telling RayK that he will always consider RayV to be his partner even though they are apart and won't see each other - but Fraser and RayV didn't refer to each other as partners in Seasons 1-2. They were friends, first of all - the "partnership" was implied, not stated. So why all the emphasis from Fraser on "partners?" The COTW writers obviously ignored Seasons 1-2!
And I don't like Fraser choosing to be with just one Ray.

@NancyK97 I don't think he was talking about RayV. Through the analogy of Bob/Frobisher, he's basically saying to RayK that no matter what happens, they will always be partners. It's sweet, really.
