@22KOF you can smoke with any karat grill..just the lower the karat the more cleaning you would have to do..if your a heavy smoker its best to get 14kt or 18kt gold grill

I am on my boyfriends account. But i am a Dental Assistant and i was really impressed.. You did a great job taking the impression! those are way harder than you made it look! Getting the consistency is hard as well. We describe it like a frosting for the Alginate.. Which is what you took the impression with.I liked your method oh how you filled the stone.But there can be air bubbles left.Saliva left in it can make these as well. Start on 1 end and let it roll to the other side..

@fourstringmofo i made it look easy because ive been doing it for years now..im sure you can breeze thru one pretty quickly yourself..and the air bubbles can be a problem if you dont have the right consistency or flow of the stone mix..you can tell if there's going to be an air bubble when your pouring the mix in..i just take a toothpick and poke at the mix and hope it settles properly..thanks for your comment

@teralldeshaun the putty's are expensive..so if i used that i would have to charge for the kits..the powders are just as effective

if you missing a premolar , can you make a custom grill like 8 to the top with the extra premolar tooth added to the grill to make it look like you not missing a tooth ?
