@kwarogcore: i agree on dt. but stil we need to prioritize circulation and defibrillation. Defib is the priority mgt for adult pts. But instead of ET intubation, King LT nalang. mas safe pa xa. bout d CPR, ur right on dt again, but dr pt is not on the bed. just an improvised bed.i think this was on d spot demo lang just to show the flow of acls.

for circulatory mngt. stop the bleeding and give fluids...etc...

acls mega code???? hindi b dapat na ng intubate na kayo knowing na multiple stab wound ang case at zero zero ang patient??? tpos ng ccpr kayo na halos mag tip toe na ung compressor dahil masyado mataas ung patient. mas maganda sana kung nakapatong kayo sa bed na ngcocompress, mas effective un. try it!!!

First rule of chest compression. Press HARD and fast. The guy was bending his elbows while performing compressions. Simulate reality when teaching these kinds of classes.

after v-feb noticed he should've continue chest compression till deffibrilator is ready to shock .. it'l be more effictive.. nice though .. thanx
