  • Amazing. Fantastic rhythm section! Frank Butler and Red Mitchell are really laying it down! And Jimmy Rowles - great solo, great piano player. Sure sounds to me like this rhythm section were the best in the West. Don't think this outing could ever be topped - although Webster's 'Soulville' album with Peterson, Brown, & Stan Levey is also quite fantastic. Thanks for sharing this remarkable music.
