if you refer to the side shadow effect it came from the theme (3dmania). You can find it somewhere on the maemo site.
One of the preinstalled N810's theme (Glasser) have something similar

Short Answer: sorry, no way.
Long unnecessary answer: the N800/810/900 have a completely different operative system (maemo) than all the other Nokia phones and I dont own a 5800 but is just a clock and I let any other (real) developer to use the graphic for non commercial use

hi this looks amazing. As far as i am aware, isn't the basic hardware of the n800 the same? Would this work with the n800? Also, does it run on os2008?

actually yes. The guy who toke over the develop works on a n800: look for jolouis flipclock on google

Nice question: this is one old (python+SDL) version. It doesn't use any framework (no hildon, no gtk) so it should work on pretty every hardware with a python+sdl. Newer versions are in C and the idea is to keep the compatibility with the N900.
