PAID PROGRAMMING!: I wander a little off topic here and give my thoughts on the plethora of fitness related informercials that plague our airwaves.

If you're referring to the 3-Day Workout then that makes two of us. I honestly don't expect "an inch in 3 workouts." My biggest fear is that I'm wasting two weeks when I could be doing something more productive.

I'm super curious to see how this program turns out for you. I always thought it took a lot longer to gain muscle mass.

yeah, I think it is for people who aren't in shape and are just getting started so it would work for people like you or me but like my mom... ten minutes a couple times a day would be a huge improvement.

That sounds like an interesting concept, but I am still skeptical. I'd need to see some REAL success stories.

No, I absolutely have NOT tried 10 Minute Trainer. The 3 Day Workout is going . . . who knows how it's going? I do the second session on Monday, but I wasn't sore at all after the last one so I really don't have a lot of hope that it's going to do everything it claims it can. I really just hope it does SOMETHING. I'll be happy to settle with 1/4" for two weeks.

Go get him with that sword!!! *dies laughing*

hahaha, Ten minute trainer is for people with NO TIME. It's actually a 30 minute work out broken into ten minute sections that you do several times throughout the day. I guess it works for some people but I NEED MORE lol

grrrr we love Tony....Have you even tried 10 minute trainer?
On a lighter note how is the 3 day w/o going?

Well 10 Minute Trainer is NOT among the best of them! He needs to stick with P90X.
