Japan Bus Buses 1990 Cars

Good old fashioned Japanese cars and buses. With a small handful of taxis and trucks mixed in. Fuso Nissan Hino Isuzu Mitsubishi are some of the dominant manufacturers of heavy-duty vehicles in Japan. Footage is from May 1990, Osaka Japan. This was the peak-of-the-peak of the Japan economic bubble. Never before (or since) did the common Japanese household or Japanese consumer have so much cash-to-burn. Note how few European vehicles are on the road in 1990 and note the virtual absence of any American autos.
