I literally can't believe what I am hearing. This man is against innovative, creative thinking? No new thoughts can be posited if they deal with traditional, societal views? You know that's how the Holocaust happened right? This mode of thinking, the I am right, no one else is, fundamentalist train of thought is the very dogmatic machine that afforded the insanely lenghty injustice we call racism. Slavery anyone? What is happening in the world? I am overwhelmed by the idiocy of this man.

Satan keeps tricking me to believe the earth is round, when I KNOW the bible teaches the earth have four corners with a circular dome above. Clearly the bible contradicts the scientists on this too. Let's keep the faith brothers, stop falling for the scientist lies

What an embarrassing commentary! I appreciate the host's desire to worship the Bible more so than the God that inspired it--not as 'literal' truth mind you, but rather as spiritual wisdom--but it's disturbing to see how none of Spong's claims were intelligently refuted! Merely, he was called the devil! Typical fundamentalist nonsense!

So if science disagrees with the bible then science is wrong..... So teach ur kids the earth Is flat, the earth is the center of the universe, that stars are small objects that can be stomped on, do not take medicine because healing comes from god not science, don't get surgery and don't goto the hospital goto a church. I wonder what a priest would do if someone was having a heart attack during service would he pray or call 911?
