Inside Out Christian Rock Band, Freeman live at the Retford Town Hall.

This is our band 'Inside Out' performing 'Freeman' written by myself (John Berry) at the Retford Town Hall, Nottinghamshire in 1989. Band members are: Jeremy Williams: vocals and rhythm guitar, Andy Hand: bass guitar, Maria Kuzniarz: keyboards, Mark Brassington: drums, John Berry: lead guitar. (Used to think being a freeman, was to do as I please - anytime I want to, anyway I wish to, just ride with the wind, let my fancy flow, the world owes me a living, I think you ought to know. Do as you like was the name of the game, freedom the cry of a generation. But my self imposed life, became a noose around my neck, no longer in control, I was caught in a trap, but real freedom comes when you know what is wrong and you know what is right and the power to do His will. Do as you like was the name of the game, freedom the cry of a generation. IF THE SON SETS YOU FREE THEN FREE YOU ARE INDEED WHEN THE SON SETS YOU FREE THEN FREE YOU ARE INDEED. What a joy it is when you know He's always there, guiding and directing your life with all His care, knowing that you're forgiven and a purpose for living, power to all his people His promise to you right here. Do as HE likes is the name of the game, freedom is now a new life in Him.
