ronaldo was doped, normaly he would, screem, cover is face with the two hands, throw himself to the grass (in a smooth way, to avoid getting really hurt), roll about 20 times, demand a penalty (after being headbutted outside os the penalty zone, and finally demand a card to the referee!!!!
