@VisionRoy i understand what you mean when you say you use it as a piccolo snare but actually a piccolo snare is a type of snare not a way you use it... so your using it as an effect snare wich you said but idk if it was the phrasing or not but it looks like your calling it a piccolo snare.. wich is a really really shallow snare... basicly the opposite of that one lol...

not bad dude but sitting way too high, its gonna be bad for ur back and posture. I can tell cause ur snare is near ur knees haha. just drop the seat a little, it may feel wierd at first but be better for u for the long run

agreed, the high hats sound great... i have them... they are really crisp... the 8" splash sounds wicked too... im saving up for the whle lot of pst5's i think they are really good cymbals
Well ... i can only tell you what i think, not what you should do ;) Cymbals are very much a matter of taste. But i would say these are some great cymbals. If you look at the price/quality its just excellent. You get a lot of value for your money. And they sound prety great :)

Because i use it as a piccolo snare, also known as effect snare :P
As a main snare i like the wooden snare sound better :) But the joey jordison snare is a real beast!
