Just try to relax, breathe deeply for a few minutes, and go down. For going deep, focus on efficiency, try to keep your body pointed straight down. I don't think I can hold my breath the longest, but you only need about 1 minute and 10-20 seconds or so to go 100 ft. This is of course, with freedive fins and weight belt.
