This is a simulation of the explosion that took place in Hiroshima by American pilots. Its scary what these bombs can do, and the ones in them days are no way near as powerful as the ones we have today!!! Please visit my forums

  • Wow how evil and ignorant.

  • "The minute Hiroshima blew up, Humanity sowed the seeds of destruction upon themselves."

  • A brilliant and truthful quote Rela. Its just a shame so many in power will not believe it until its too late.

  • That was the highest moment of human ignorance.

And worse? There's people that still aprove it nowadays...

That must be due to the fact that, the American Goverment tries so hard to sell it as a good thing.

  • if ur american u may not be alive without because more attacks on us would have happen and maybe ur parents or grandparets would have been killed and they did the same thing to us but we did it bigger and i garentee if we didnt do the attack pearl harbor would have been talked about much more about how cruel it was also after pearl harbor they were looking for suvivors they found one in the water as they reached to grab him the man saud dont touch me they did though and the guys arm disinagrated

  • @Faeden @Plchicken I dont approve of killing civilians but if US invaded Japan instead of going boom more people would have died on both sides than both bomb casualties combines. =/ sucks huh?

  • i was watching this simulation in class. the bomb did save countless american lives and ended the war quickly. we were discussing how we might've also used the a-bomb to prevent russia from entering japan, but only 'fat boy'...seeing as russia declared war on japan the day after 'little boy' was dropped...i guess. if any of this information is wrong, please correct me. :) i'm just a student and i'm interested on this topic.

  • @Plchicken Yup, bluw teh crap out of them

  • every comment on here is reply but me. FIRST.

  • @fabiomes So how would u end the war? the only other options were invasion or blockade. Japs were training civilian population to fight to the last if invaded. There would be no civilians, Japan would literally be wiped from existence with millions dead on both sides. Blockade and u condemn many to a slow agonizing death until they surrender, if ever, So hmmm. 100,000 dead japs or millions of dead and annihilation of entire culture or starve them til they look like concentration camp survivors

  • @martthesling Ok. I still don't get where the argument of provoking an atomic catastrophe over civilians is any better than fighting a war to the end. Well, in Geo-Political terms, as I said before, it was brilliant. The world's new superpower could finally impose itself and say "Look what I have. Don't mess with me." That I agree. What I'm saying is the human lives cost of that decision. And that people still defend it nowadays, as the ultimate benevolence act of war.

  • @fabiomes yeah man. have you heard of the attempted coup by japaense officers who tried to stop the sureender. have you heard of the war councils vote...surrender won by one vote; the other half wanted to fight to the end.

  • @Faeden those atomic bomb saved the worlds freedom and millions of lives(Japanese and Americans). germany and japan were also try to create the atom bomb and other wmds. Thank God we were just first.
