The reason the medical community does not advocate mercury treatment for autism as a whole is that it is bullshit. It doesn't even make any sense either, as autism is not merely defined as a lack of certain functions. It also includes occasional savant abilities and unusual social inclinations. Since when has killing a few brain cells added something?

Thank you Donna for spreading this information to parents. The underlying message I think everyone should be aware of is that recovery is possible. The sooner you start, the better the outcome of course. Do not listen to those that tell you that there isn't anything you can do. Our pediatricians tried to tell us that, we went running for the door and have never looked back. Our son continues to improve with each intervention. Of course the diet being the first and most important step.

@AllOtherNamesTaken If you really listened, you would have heard Dr. Gates say that babies get Candida, or the yeast through the blood they receive from their mothers while in the womb. As such, it could appear as if Autism is inherited. As addicted mothers pass their addiction to their children through their blood, their babies are born addicted and have to be treated for withdrawal. Would that make the addiction genetic? Study, learn, keep your mind open and perhaps you will heal yourself.
