How is it possible to do this with a child that simply will not go near a vegtable, will only drink water. Does anyone have any suggestions? The best i can do is give him supplements in a medicine dropper
depends on age partially... have you tried mixing the vegitables with a food the child will eat? Unfortunatly there is no clear cut answer though as each child is different on what will or will not work. Supplements are good if you absolutely can't give the real thing.. but it is much prefered to give the real vegitables... Also; maybe try different preperations? Cooking the vegitables? Providing them raw (Like baby carrots?) In fact, most vegitables can be served raw are better this way.

Everyone healthy or not should eat fermented food often. It naturally kills your cravings for sweets and alcohol - making it yourself is easy and actually fun and inexpensive.
