@therealgamerman64 i saw a customer ask to rent a movie (he didn't seem to know what he was talking about) so as he was pointing out a bluray i asked if he had a bluray player. he replied, "whats that?". "well sir, you actually need a bluray player to watch bluray movies." "that sounds like a scam. i think you're scamming me. i really don't appreciate your lies." it's at that point i really stop'd giving a shit so i then admitted my "lies" had him go home to watch 5 blurays on his dvd player.

I love this scene because Randal exposes this women's mean spirited nature by calling her out for trying to trick him in the first place in attempt to prove he's being ignorant, and when she realizes she's been exposed as a horrible person, she vainly throws out a shallow threat that she'll never return and swears at him so as to shift the blame away from herself and who she really is as a person.
