  • Don't try to church it up son, your daddy names you Joe Dirt!

  • Oh wow, didn't expect that awesome hilt at the end. Beautiful.

A question for you? In vacuum casting, do you always use a single sprue? Will the air-pockets get sucked out?

  • Yea we have all the saftey gear. I guess years and years of doing this the same way over and over can make a fella a bit cocky.

  • I would really suggest some face shields. Clear at a minimum, but you can get shade 3 face shields from MSC. It will greatly increase your safety. I'd also get some gear for your feet. If you've ever had a drop of metal fall onto your shoe you'll know just how painful and destructive it can be. You are also working around very unlevel surfaces quickly were accidents can arise easily. Just a little bit of safety equipment can save trips to the hospital.

  • matt and kerry never cease to amaze me.

  • Sweet!
