@GreatfulVince i sort of agree with you on your find good music on your own, accept a few thing. finding it on the RADIO,or Having sombody (dad mom grandma grandpop aunt uncle,etc) recomend it to you is fine,but how i found out about this song originaly was in 2001 watching the IronGiant. i was 5 i fell in love with the song, then when it was finaly possable i went surfing through my grams doo wop cd found it and sunk it to my ipod, i also found other good songs, sister sookie whisperiin bells.

when i was a young teen I didn't know what he was saying when he went "Bullll Dog Drummond" my granddad clued me in as I was wearing the 45 record out in the living room and he started singing it and popping fingers and ditty boppin haha.jive ass old guy was cool.

sadly only one of the Coasters is alive and now retired. if you get the chance to read his book Yacky Yack I Fought Back do it. very interesting reading.
