ISU envies Iowa and Nebraska most definitely. Well ISU should envy just about every program out there with the exception of Western Kentucky and Chico State.

As a student here at Iowa, I think the fan base does envy Nebraska. More so because they receive way more attention and prestige (even when they do not deserve it).
