Robert Sanchez, head custodian at Central High School in Pueblo, Colo., talks about the difference he makes on the job for the school and in the lives of students. The 31-year veteran at the high school addresses the drawbacks of outsourcing custodial jobs to a national contractor, a move Pueblo School District 60 is considering as a response to budget cuts.
