A pair can do this as well if they allow each other time to go their own way. Have their own time.

Also btw, Paul makes it clear in the New Testament that circumcision is not a requirement for Christians.

That's great you like the choice that was made for you, but not every cut-at-birth man has no problems resulting from it.

Actually, it is just a myth of our American culture that men with foreskin will likely need circumcision later. For example, all of Europe which doesn't usually circumcise(except for Jews/Muslims), does not have any foreskin-problem epidemics and they even have lower STD/HIV rates than us heavily circumcised Americans.
