The singer is the world famous tenor, Mario Lanza.

Mario Lanza was a oood tenor and yes, it's a shame he died so young.

Very powerful voice,pity he died so early,I think he was under 40 when he died of a hearth attack.
I'll never forget (The great Caruso) that's when I fell in love with his co-star "Ann Blyth"
