props on food, and bein a good dad. me i take my ricotta and mix it with cottage and some parmesean , not sure where its from, got it from mom, o and sweet sausage for me is what makes it, and to not waste ur sauce, put like 1/4 of water in ur sauce jar, i dunno im poor i hate to waste =)
