Vitter thinks he doing things but the fact remains that the Repugs have no bill. Haven't had a bill and never have had a bill. This is a problem that's been around since Teddy Roosevelt, not Kennedy and Repugs have done nothing when they had the majority during the Reagan, Clinton and both Bush years. But what they have done is add to the deficit by cutting taxes during wartime in a war that is costing us billions of dollars. Health of Americans, or war, Vitter, it's obvious what you want.
