THE USAF LIED when they said that capt button killed himself because i saw the aircraft from my back porch on that april morning in 1979. the unmistakable double large engine craft was descending at about 8-10k feet above the foothills in golden colorado on columns of black, orange and grey smoke with sparks scattering randomly. on recovering from a flu i called Buckley air base in denver, but they said he 'wasn't in that vector.' i wrote to the news media and told everybody that i knew.

i felt bad about this for years, about button's family being lied to. but i didn't know what to do, or who to tell. my letters to discovery channel t.v. and the newspaper were ignored. meanwhile i was too involved otherwise and time went by -a decade and more.

@falisha360 the government has control of the news also. They have control over everything and people are sick of it. A good friend of mine saw a ufo and reported it to the news. The news person said "We dont do those type of stories but thanks"
