@Type59 I think you may be confusing this with the previous model - the G-Wiz - that was famously crashed by Top Gear a couple of years ago. This car is not exempt from crash test regulations, in Europe it is classed as an 'M1' vehicle (i.e. a car) and will have to undergo full crash testing before it goes on sale.
