That is luck not because Ashe hit Akali, but because the arrow stunned Akali exactly in turret range. That's a HUGE amount of luck. Otherwise, Akali would have just went back after the arrow.

wassent lucky arrow.. a skilled ashe can easily predict where people will be if they are visible and chasing.. besides that.. akali didnt rage.. that was no where near a rage..
