Was this really made using the "EZ-Keys" software? I was a "personal care assistant" (basically a CNA who IS allowed to use the suction machine and the Hoyer lift) for a guy with with ALS for a few years and he had the "EZ-Keys" program with a scroll/select button that he could push with his head. This is EXACTLY what the voice sounded like, and I think Hawking actually invented the program specifically for patients with ALS and Muscular Dystrophy and other neuro-muscular degenerative illnesses.
