I'm not trying to be argumentative, but there is no 'native' "J" sound in Hebrew, nor is there a native "W" sound. The Tetragamton is best transliterated into English as YHVH, not YHWH.
It can be pronounced as "Yah-hu-ah", or possibly "Yah-ho-ah", although I think that it is more likely pronounced "Yah-hu-ah".
