Job & Career Profile Horticulture Research & Development , Inventor. As R&D director for an innovative company designing production systems based on aquaponics, Hogan has invented a new type of growing system. Water from fishtanks, circulates through plants which clean the nutrients from it, and the water is returned back into the fish tanks. Hogan won an episode of the ABC's New Inventors program.     What about Dr Jim Rakocy, University Virgin Island probably spent 30 years in groundwork research and wrote more papers than you have had day's on earth. What about the late Tom Speraneo of S and S systems who wrote his manual circa 1993?
