Making Bee Food!

This is a video showing how to make a Tea to feed to your Honey Bees. Comprised of Water, Sugar, Herbal Tea and APIFORME®. It will work to help your bees, and increase their health and vitality. You don't have to be a Bee Keeper to use this, you can also put liquid into a Zip Lock bag, Seal it and poke several holes in the bag. You can use the same technique as shown in Feeding the Bees video. Watch it and learn! There too is a How To on feeding POLLEN, when there is not bloom, you have to do it!

Thanks for the note. I too feel that there is more to the health of the bees than sugar water. Bees need protein and the nutrition they get from the essential oils present in natural foraging, If they are not able to forage, a substitute that is inline with nature is important. I choose to feed pollen and sugar water with essential oils. I appreciate your feedback. I look forward to doing a few new videos for 2012. There is much research that has been done, and new studies have been started in 2009. Data should be available this coming year. There is research from the University of West Virginia, the University of Oregon, Some European Studies have been done, as well as research in New Zealand and Slovenia. Research is currently being conducted by Randy Oliver@ Scinetific Beekeeping and several other projects are in the works. I encourage you to begin your own journey of exploration & Discovery!

Sorry that you were turned off by the video. I don't believe that I pushed the product, or sent you to a site to get more information.  I simply shared that I and others have had great success with a product, not previously available in the US Market. As an Organic Beekeeper, I choose to use the most beneficial and least invasive approach to strengthen the quality and character of the honeybees I own. Again, I apologize that you were offended.

THERE HAS TO BE MORE NUTRITION AND IMMUNITY FOR THE BEES IN THEIR OWN HONEY THAN IN SUGAR WATER. I HAVE THOUGHT THAT THIS MAKES THEM VULNERABLE. NICE TO SEE SOMEONE THINKINHG ALONG THE SAME LINES. PS THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SHOWING A GOOD PRODUCT AND PUSHING ONE . OFTEN MANY PROFESIONALS WILL RECOMEND AT LEAST TWO SIMILAR PRODUCTS TO AVOID CONFUSION. HOWEVER I DONT THINK IT IS NECESSARY SINCE ITS YOU TUBE. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SHUCKSTERS AND JUST MAKING A RECOMENDATION

You can also put those flat marble glass pieces into the feeder for the bee's so they won't drown.
