@JeSsThaBBW , I am not sure. But if the Query answer is not right, either the query is incorrect or the data is incorrect. Meaning, that the logic of the analysis is not wrong, it is either the query creator or the data that is wrong.

im making a query from a customer table that contains; Customer Number, Customer Name, and Amount Paid for all Customers located in VA (virginia) with a paid amount greater than $1,000.00. BUT VA is no to be shown in the data sheet view.. In the figure of how mine should come out, it has 2 entries but when i go to the data sheet view mine has 5. What am i doing wrong!??! oh yeah this is for Microsoft Access 2010 Chapter 2 project.. CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

Days: [DateOut]-[DateIn]
Years: Year([DateOut])-Year([DateIn])
