Boss is a high-energy, multi-faceted 6 to 8 piece band whose forte is getting people up to dance and keeping them there. With a repertoire that includes Motown, soul, R&B, classic rock, standards and swing, BOSS plays it all! BOSS features noted saxman and composer Miles Donahue and the hyper-funk of vocalist Chris Waller. Get down, y'all!! Their live performances create a sound that mirrors the original version of each of your favorite tunes. There is no substitute for the live performance of music by a tight, cookin' band. Vocalist Chris Waller, an in demand studio and performance vocalist, brings his 20 years of show business experience to our stage. His first album Love Moods, recorded with his brothers and sisters, the Waller Family, enjoyed regional and national success on the R&B charts. His vocal talent can also be heard on House Full of Love sound track from the Bill Cosby Show. As a reward for the Waller Family's good will and recognition, the mayor of Richmond Virginia has proclaimed August 3rd, Waller Family Day.
