they pretty much have no hope of any change unless some external force hires them to make a change and gives them weapons and spends billions bombing their country, like US does to many govt's, when it serves their interests. These guys don't even have firearms.. just wooden sticks. But if that happens, it always means a worse outcome, and all their natutral resources plundered by the US and the IMF moves in infiltrates thair banking system, to "help" them.
