Low carb chicken & steak Fajitas salad. The Salad had 5.5 carbs and the Fajitas had about 1 carb per serving. Thats a total of a huge plate having 6.5 carbs. Not bad. ingredients: steak, chicken 1 bell pepper, lettuce, cheese, ranch, butter, lemon salt. Another thing that is great with bell pepper is scrambled eggs, cheese, 1/4 bell pepper and a little hot sauce. I also love to put bell peppers in my regular salad it gives it a kick. For a snack lightly cook a bell peppers and dip it in ranch. It's great. Remember a whole bell pepper has about 7 carbs. so be sure and eat it in moderation and incorporate it into your daily carb intake. thanks guys hope you are all well. see ya
