the wistle only comes when u tech when u get knocked down. u just tap down when u hit the ground, no taunt needed

the "whistle" thing is just a quick rise which every character can do via down as you hit or a punch and kick combination

the sand recovery is a move its called bad spray and you can only do it during wake up
