  • could you do a video that helps us understand the ingredient list? like what ingredients are good or bad? for example, i've read in several places that mono-diglycerides are hydrogenated oils, but then other people say they are normal and healthy. it would be so awesome to have a video that cleared up some of these things.

  • That's a good idea, but as a general rule of thumb, If you don't know what it is, it probably isn't what you should be eating.

  • Hey Natalie, love the videos and your passion for educating. But, can you one day make a nutritional video that goes beyond the basics? Like maybe something going into nutrient absorbability, easiest foods to digest, most absorbable foods. Just some suggestions...thanks.

  • Yea, I think i want to do a few videos dealings with appetite control and obesity next as well more about stress.

    We shot a few videos today that weren't very technical at all. I'll keep in mind the idea of making the videos a little more advanced though.
