Hillary Clinton thanks those that attended a conference on the use of Social Media to transform government in the hands of Activist. She discus's how users have organized millions of online users to bring about change. So that leaves one to beg the question.... Did the US State Department help incite the ARAB SPRING? Are they actually behind the #OccupyWallStreet up-risings. It makes sense if they are.
The Government cannot force a top down solution unless the bottom is crying for a solution. A forced government answer to a manufactured government problem. It is a continued usurpation of the Constitutional rights of the people by Useful Idiots, like those involved in the Occupy Wall Street Protest.
These people will be the undoing of Western Civilization in the name of Fairness. They have no idea what a top down solution will consist of and how many more civil rights will be discarded as a result.

Problem with your logic, Ms.Clinton; is that most of your 'Occupy' people don't actually WANT any leadership position you would give them, they just want free money/housing/benefits without having to work for them.
