  • Bought a PS3 phat which has bc used from ebay and ylod on me 3 days after getting it. Sent it of to someone who said they could fix it. Got it back and it worked for a couple of weeks and ylod again and noticed it had missing screws and the case not put together properly. I guess they did a bad reflow on it, tried to contact them as was not happy and could never contact them. Do you except PS3`s in kinda bad conditions as I really would like it fixed due to being able to play PS2 games on it

  • @yelever74 Yes I would accept your PS3 sounds like you need a reball bad because the reflows are not lasting, when do you want to send it in for the reball repair?

  • @FixMyGPU Not sure as moving in 2 weeks but would like to get it fixed. I`m kinda worried as like I said half the screws are missing and checked it today and the case isn`t put back together and wouldn`t want you to think I`m sending you a piece of junk. Really not happy with the job that was not done on it before but can`t contact them anymore. All the parts are there except screws.

  • @yelever74 well when you are ready just visit my website and purchase the repair and if I can get it fixed for you I will replace the missing screws for you. Thanks

  • you seem like you take your time. Overall seem like a good fixer. I wish I could've sent my ps3 for you to reballed. I sent to this dude in New York. Well my PS3 died 6 months without barely playing it. I just learn how to reflow and built my own computer.

Anyhow I open up the ps3 that was supposed to be reballed. Holy cow, that dude did the worst thermal pasting job I've ever seen. Looks like he just threw it on there and too much. lol How long does it take you to reballed?

  • @jetgeo4 well the repair takes about 4 hours, because I do take my time. The fan mode takes about an hour, maybe less. I usually get it back to you within a week. So are you getting the YLOD again?
