How to FIX a Slow Ipod or Iphone (jailbroken) / RE-JAILBREAK

This is how to RE-JAILBREAK or commonly uses to Fix a SLOW ipod or iphone. This will erase everything on your ipod or iphone.

TRUBLESHOOTING:

1. If your itunes say it cannot restore your ipod or iphone then do this. [ *CONNECT IPHONE OR IPOD TO COMPUTER* 1st go to ziphone. 2nd click on the advance tab thing. 3rd click on the NORMAL MODE button on the right. Now when your ipod is back to normal hold down the HOME and sleep buttons. when the screen gose completly black let go of the sleep button but still holding the home button until itunes say a phone or ipod is in recovery mode. now try to restore! :) ]

dude just restore and jailbreak again. 3.1.3 with spirit is the best thing i ever did to my iphone. it was way faster than blackrain in my opinion.

can someone help me? ok i jailbroke my ipod touch on 3.1.3 a few days ago and its been totally fine. ive downloaded a bunch of things like themes and apps and stuff off of cydia, but today i was trying to download some apps to watch movies on and my ipod started screwing up... its really really slow. like when its locked and i press the home button to turn it on, it takes like 10 seconds to show the screen. also i dont know why.. but the youtube app is gone, with just an empty space where it was
