I don't think the individual artiste is to blame. I believe it's youtube tightening up so they don't fall foul of copyright law. The music is Mambo No 5 by Lou Bega.

Youtube have removed the music because of copyright infingement. I would have thought the free publicity (over 300,000 views) would have been welcome!
