this show goes through the equations and ideas that allowed einstien to formulate his e2=m2c4+m2p2 equation, which we know as (for an object at rest) e=mc2

this has nothing to do with e=mc2 this only shows the conservation of mass which is not saying anything about how mass and energy is interchangable.
