@37tonya Oh I definitely think Kim was the better gymnast for the all-around. But I still think she was overscored in the team comp to make that happen. Then again, I have trouble figuring out the compulsory scores for these games, because they just don't match the performances very well.

@lostlyrarose I don't agree with you.....I love Kerri but at the same time she mistakes on compulsory bars( missed handstands) and a shuffle on her compulsory vault......it is a shame she didn't make the AA but Kim was clearly better with the exception of the fall on beam......i also read Kerri's book and she was VERY upset about it but she clearly was not one of the top 3 americans in my opinion

If Kerri had been scored a little more fairly, she would have been in the all-around. I feel like once Kim fell on beam, the judges really overscored her, especially on Kim's compulsory bars, which should have really gotten low 9.7s tops. Instead she scored a 9.85, higher than Kerri.

@russianskatingfan do you have anything nice to say her form was acually really good.
-
True. :)

Fair enough, but they still look bad when you are that short of handstand a couple times.

I don't really consider those things form deductions, but they are deductions.

She was really short of handstand twice though. Both the handstand before the shoot over, then way short on the shoot over to the low bar.

Her form sucks.
Actually, I think it was pretty good except the missed handstand
