Items Needed To Do This:
Manic Pan!c Color (this method works with any kind of hair color application)
Tint Brush
Tint Bowl
Rubber/Latex Gloves
A Towel
Trash Bags (optional)
Shower Cap
Hair Clips
Balance/Rat Tail Comb (or any plastic comb)
This video is just the Items you will need to apply the color.
