  • 15 lbs. you can use 5 or 7 whatever. It come sin handy. And I'm a certified trainer now. I teach bootcamps race motorcycles and personal training. I even started dancing. Hip hop and break. Keep rocking it out guys!

  • This guy needs to quit while he's behind, he may have seen someone do these in a gym and decided to make this video. A person who know what their talking about doesn't stutter or forget the purpose of a particular exercise. Anyway good effort.

  • no doubt his exercise routine works.. but why is he showing us his biceps after doing push ups at 5:30? push up primarily works the chest and the triceps.. biceps are like.. the antogonists..
