@romboiderex Aquí en Chihuahua tienen carros de todo, esos carros los pusieron por que son mas ágiles para andar en calles cerradas, por ejemplo la calle Libertad es totalmente comercial y exclusivamente para transito peatonal, esos carros pueden entrar fácilmente allí en caso de alguna emergencia.

Y no es que la gente de Chihuahua se crea mucho, no se presume lo que no se tiene, o si?; Y que lastima por ti y que tengas ese pensamiento tan ignorante. A mi Querétaro también me parece hermoso :)
