oh yah...have any of you used the vitamin animal pak??? i've been using it for 3 weeks and i was wondering what to expect

and ur form looks good to me...i dont know why @charlesmcwilliams thinks opposite, although some of the people on bench got sloppy and the worst form on DL was the kid in 198-220 i think who bent back so much on the rise

u guys are good...i got a meet on friday and im in the 198 class. my bench is alright, 250lbs...deadlift is about 350 and squat which is awfull is about 250

those kids are gonna fuck their backs up dead lifting like that. wow lol.. good benching tho.

i agree that some of those kids arch their backs a ton.
Not my problem i guess. Notice my form (148-165 lbs) is great.
I'm deadlifting 405 now which is a plus.
