The best place to get sand is Home Depot or Lowe's, it is extremely inexpensive and play sand or something with minimal gravel is ideal.

It'd be great if you showed the filler bags that go into the bigger bag on your website. For instance during the "Double Body Rips" exercise in this video, are those two filler bags or two separate of the smaller power/strength bags? It would help greatly in deciding which bag size to buy and how many. Thx

I bought a 40 pound sandbag at dicks sporting goods. I'm going to use it for mainly cardio, high reps and explosion so I can deal with the lower weight

I am a girl and just ordered Josh Henkins sandbag ( they didn't have the pink one anymore damn).The customer service is outstanding!!! You can also fill the bag with rice bags that way you also know how much weight you are using and you can add or take out bags depending on the exercise you want to do!!

@crazegeckko You can buy play sand at Lowes or Home depot and the weight will be on the bag.... Also, you can continuosly set it on a bathroom scale while filling it to get the weight.... :)

hey i love the sandbags. i am going to get the burly sandbag, but a few questions. where do i get the sand? and how do i know exactly how much the sand weighs to accurately measure my workouts? also what kind of sand do i get? i never trained with sandbags and i do not know anything about putting sand inside bags so im a little confused with what to do. please help and thanks a lot will purchase soon :)

I brought my sand bag from wolverson fitness recently, its excellent. it has longer side straps aswel judging by this vid.
