Morning Musume's 38th single, "Naichau Kamo" ("I Might Cry"), will be released on Wednesday. February 18, 2009. Both tracks on the single are written and composed by Tsunku. The First Press editions come with a numbered card representing a chance to attend a live Morning Musume event. Limited Edition A & B both come with a DVD.

The CDs or single comes out on Feb. 18. The PV always comes out earlier to help promote it.
