Our bright and cheery condo is a quiet refuge in the center of Scottsdale with easy access to everything you will want to do - shopping, golf, dining, hiking and more. We know you'll love it! This corner unit is on the second floor and faces north, so you get lovely sun in the morning and evening, without getting heating up dudring the day from the hot desert sun.

Aventura is a quiet family-oriented condo complex just east of the 101 at Shea and 96th. While it is north of Old Town, it is really in the center of Scottsdale. The Scottsdale Healthcare hospital complex is right across the street. Plenty of retail is a few blocks away such as Frys, Home Depot, Borders, Best Buy and lots more. For dining there are many family and high end options close by from pubs to Chinese, Italian and steak houses, and casinos too. Destination shopping malls such as Biltmore, Fashion Square, Paradise Valley Mall, and Kierland Commons are nearby.

Our unit has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, as well as a full size sofabed in the livingroom. The sofabed is a european style wooden slat frame that is very comfortable, not the old painful spring type. The master bedroom has a full ensuite, while there is a second full main bathroom. The kitchen is fully equiped with Corian counters and sink, stainless appliances in lncluding new refridgerator with bottom freezer, garburator, microwave, convection oven - everything you would need should you actually want to cook at home instead of going out! There are also charcoal and gas barbeques just outside the unit in the common area should you feel the urge to BBQ.

From our covered balcony you can watch your kids in the pool below, one of three in the complex. There are also two whirlpools, a lit tennis court with USTPA surface, fitness room and clubhouse.
